We are holding a big Spring Clean on Good Friday – 30th March and we would ask all businesses and shop keepers on the Main Street and surrounding areas to get involved and help us out.
We are only asking for 5 minutes of your time to:
~ wipe down your window ledge
~ sweep the footpath directly outside your premises
~ pour a kettle of boiling water on any weeds (that will perish the roots) easy peasy😊
We will be advertising around the town and hope to get a huge turnout on the day – to get the ball rolling for this year’s national competition.
We hope to generate a great community spirit on the day – refreshments will be served after the clean up is done in Poplar Square – with local GAA hero Johnny Doyle in attendance.
