At Intel, we strive to be an asset to our local communities where we operate. We value our neighbouring communities here in North Kildare, the home of our main campus in Ireland, and we are excited to launch the fifth year of our Pride of Place competition.
About the Competition
The Intel® Pride of Place competition is about supporting projects that enrich the lives of people in our local communities of Leixlip, Celbridge, and Maynooth. The competition invites you to share your project ideas to help improve your organisation while also benefitting your local community. To enter the competition, simply share your idea and explain why it deserves to receive funding from Intel Ireland and how it will enrich the lives of people in your communities.
A panel of 3-5 judges, made up of business professionals and community representatives, will assess each submission before meeting as a team to deliberate and decide on the winning projects. A maximum of 6 ideas will be funded with €5,000 being be donated to the successful organisation to complete the project.
The deadline to submit applications to the competition is Friday May 17th 2019. We encourage all organisations to apply, even if you have applied in previous years.
