North Kildare Chamber Annual Golf Day in the K Club
Tuesday, 26th May, 24 teams took part in the Chamber Annual Golf Classic. This year the event was played on The Palmer Course in The K Club, Straffan. Commenting on the event, Allan Shine CEO of the Chamber in Kildare said “ I was delighted to see 24 teams take part in the Golf Classic this year. The wide and varied mix of businesses taking part was excellent. With an ever improving economy, events such as this are extremely important for businesses.
Murray Spelman were the sponsor of the golf classic. Gerry McGrath from Murray Spelman, Insurance and Finance in Kildare was on hand at the prize giving. Gerry commented that “Our association with the Chamber is extremely important, we are in business since 1956 and more recently opened our office in Naas in 2013. Close ties with the Chamber is crucial for business and the support that is on offer is immense. The insurance sector is very competitive in Kildare, but with the access we have to key markets we consistently deliver a quality, cost effective Insurance Programme to our clients “
