Quinns of Baltinglass have received two major awards recognising their excellence in the agricultural industry. The Agribusiness awards ceremony took place in Dublin on November 17th where Quinns were crowned Agricultural Business of the Year in both the Merchant and Crops categories.
Attended by over 200 people, the Agribusiness awards recognise the leading players in the agriculture and food industry. The awards were accepted by William Quinn on behalf of the team at Quinns: “I am delighted to be able to accept these two prestigious awards on behalf of all my colleagues in Quinns. It is great to be recognised as leaders within our industry as we celebrate 80 years in business. The awards were judged by a team of industry experts. In the Crops category, the judges deemed that Quinns stood out for their “Full Circle” offering, providing all the essential elements that farmers require; Advice, Quality Product, Credit and a Reliable Market for their output. Quinns currently have 12 Agri Technical Advisors on the road offering services such as crop walking, sowing and spraying advice, feed formulations, silage sampling and soil sampling.
