Sherry FitzGerald Brady O’Flaherty have opened their second office in Co. Kildare.  Their new office in Celbridge compliments their existing flagship office in Maynooth, where they have consistently provided an excellent level of service to their Kildare customer base.  The official opening was performed by Allan Shine CEO of County Kildare Chamber.  Eamon O’Flaherty and his team have continually strengthened their business in North Kildare since joining the Sherry FitzGerald franchise network in 2018.

Commenting, Eamon O’Flaherty said ‘We are very proud to have opened our new office on Main Street, Celbridge. We have been very active over the past four decades in Celbridge, the third largest town in the county.

Opening our new office there will enhance our existing award-winning service to our existing loyal customer base.  Our two offices in North Kildare will combine to enhance our in-depth knowledge of the local markets and together with the Sherry FitzGerald brand, we believe our customers, old and new, will benefit greatly”.

Des O’Malley, Head of Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide said ‘We were delighted Eamon into the network in 2018.  He is one of our award-winning members and this successful expansion of his business into Celbridge is testimony to his excellent level of professionalism and customer service that he and his team continues to provide to his clients.

Allan Shine, CEO of the Chamber said, “  This is great news for Celbridge as North Kildare continues to see a huge demand in both new sales and the second hand market in the housing sector.  The commercial sector is experiencing growth and this demand has led to Eamon opening his second office in the area”.

Eamon’s Celbridge office brings our total number of offices in Kildare to six. With over 10,000 new and second-hand sales in 2021, Kildare is an important and expanding market and had the second highest number of new home sales nationally in 2021.

Indeed, Kildare County had the most housing unit commencements of any local authority area in the country overall in 2021.”
